Le Fouquet's Cannes
The Le Fouquet's brasserie has been embodying the spirit of Paris on the world’s most beautiful avenue for 125 years now. A place where movers and shakers in the arts and culture meet and mingle, rubbing shoulders with foodies on the lookout for highbrow brasserie-style cuisine. In a warm and ... welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the renowned Harcourt Studio’s black-and-white portraits of the stars, the legendary Le Fouquet’s brasserie draws in everyone who’s anyone in Paris. Crafted by Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire, each eatery’s menu is creative, unique and in step with local heritage and tradition.
Pierre Gagnaire
With no fewer than 12 Michelin stars to his name, Pierre Gagnaire has been on a creative culinary quest since 1966, reinterpreting Parisian brasserie classics with flair in Cannes and heading up 11 restaurants in Paris, London, Moscow, Hong Kong, Las Vegas and Dubai. As Anthony Rowley so neatly surmised: there’s a touch of Picasso to Gagnaire.
