Balneo center

We do not take any reservation for the Balneo. You can visit us whenever you like.

The Balnéo is open every day from 10am to 10pm. The Balnéo is also open on public holidays, at the same times. Dates of closures for pool draining are indicated on this page.

Swimming shorts are not permitted in the Balneo area. Swimming trunks only are permitted in the Balneo.

Access to the Balneo area is authorized to minors over 1.50m accompanied by an adult. Access to the Hammam and Sauna is forbidden to minors for health reasons.

The Sauna & Hammam area is mixed, the access without bathing suit is mandatory, but a towel must be worn. Screens are provided in this area for this purpose.

The Balneo has direct access to the Le Belvédère restaurant, where you can dine in your bathing suit, with a bathrobe or bath sheet. The restaurant "Le Belvédère" is also open to outside guests.

To access the Spa Diane Barrière, please reserve your treatment or massage in advance, either via our website or by telephone on +33(0)3 89 73 43 43.

Our lifeguards are trained to launch PRMs into the water, and we have automated machines for this purpose. Simply inform the hotel reception or Balneo desk, who will ask a lifeguard to accompany you to the pools.

Linen is available for hire at the Balneo front desk (4.00€ per bath sheet / 7.50€ per bathrobe). Flip-flops are also available for purchase at the front desk (from 2.50€ per pair). You are welcome to bring your own linen if you wish. We remind you that a bathing suit, towel or bathrobe and a pair of plastic mules are required for access to the Balneo area.
